the official rom can;t be root permanently

But without using VMWare Linux.
I did it directly with NewTuxFlash.
Extracting and adding files.
Summarizing:
Decompress T11AD_V3.1.5.
AFPTool -unpack update.img v315
You use rkDecrypt.exe (very importantly)
cd \v315\Image
rkDecrypt system.img
You modify with NewTuxFlash
You add (if not found) busybox, su, rageagainstthecage, SuperUser.apk
You compress image
AFPTool -pack v315 update1.img
And you install the rom
To install Z4 root, to do root temporarily.
to throw some application that it use superuser And this does already remains superuser permanently.
Desinstalar z4root
