I've successfully flashed my SmartQ V7 with the new firmwares for WinCE 2.0 and Linux 5.3, but now when I try to flash the Android 2.0 firmware I get the SD failed message in Chinese.

I've tried with 4 differents SD cards (1, 2, 4 and 8 gb), but I think that the SD card itself isn't the problem here, because I can see the contents of the SD card (the firmware file) in Linux and in WinCE.

Also, I can't boot the original version of Android, nothing happens. Everything else is fine, I've been able to read books and comics, install new software, watch movies, listen mp3, browse the internet in both Linux 5.3 and WinCE 2.0.

Any help, please ?

This is the error message:

it means "no image file in your sd card "
please download the rar file from offical website and extrat to your sd card

I've already done that, 2 times went successful (Linux 5.3 and WinCE 2.0), but now every time when I try to do the same thing to flash Android 2.0 I've got that message. I've downloaded the firmware twice, I've tried with several different SD cards, I've tried even with Android 1.0 with no success at all.

Please, help me.

There is just one file inside the SD card:

SmartQV7_AD

File size: 64.852.842

Perhaps the format of the SD card is incorrect? Is it in ext3 or fat32?

The format is fat32. I've successfully flashed 2 firmwares (Linux 5.3 and WinCe 2.0) with the same card and the same proccess, that's the strange thing about this problem. I've tried with 4 different cards and nothing happens.

that's strange, sometimes i got this problem and solved by pressing reset button and reinserting sd card
