Added +8MB to Cache and reduce Data partition with 8MB (important!). Android Market is working.

 Re: CPU modifications in vortex_flash_fajue_core_256x8_1G.ini
This is strange. We have the default values: 0×80000 (HEX) = 524288 (DEC) 524288 / 1024 = 512M but in written comments «//256M» If we sum all the values in the right column we get: 256 + 750 + 8 + 32 + 32 = 1078 МB and if we sum all the values in the left column we get: 0×80000 + 0×177000 + 0×4000 + 0×10000 + 0×10000 = 21B000 (HEX) = 2207744 (DEC) 2207744 / 1024 = 2156 Mb But I have an internal microSD with 4 GB and it is filled with partitions! I don’t understand.

Maybe 1 block (partition) is 2048 byte (2k). Just guessing.

 Re: CPU modifications in vortex_flash_fajue_core_256x8_1G.ini
Partition_System = 0×80000//256M Partition_Data = 0×177000//750M Partition_Cache = 0×80000//256M Partition_Recovery = 0×10000//32M Partition_Boot = 0×10000//32M
I made this change and it's works
But what about CPU modifications.

Maybe, but you have 8 Gb internal microSD and the same value.

With the settings I posted everything is working, I realized one issue: after firmware upgrade I have to format my internal Flash (8GB), because the file system was corrupted.

I can not find the specification for the processor. There is no a VC0822B processor among the products at the manufacturer's website. But I have seen information on the chines websites that the real frequency of the processor is 1 GHz.

I've fiddled with it and it looks like it automatically scales depending on the usage, setting it to 1Ghz will probably set it high all the time.

 Re: CPU modifications in vortex_flash_fajue_core_256x8_1G.ini
Hello all! I am new to android and just got my daughter the haipad M8. we can't seem to download certain things from android market and it appears this ini file is the adjustment that needs to me made. The device came with fw 1028, but I don't know the steps to modify the ini file. I have searched around and it appears I have to root the device, is that correct. How is this done and after it is done then what?? Sorry for the newbie questions
