Haipad M8 battery usage with Cell Standby

Post Haipad M8 battery usage with Cell Standby
Hello everyone! Has anyone found how to shut off the Cell standby in the Haipad M8. It appears to be a large load on the battery and I don't use it.

I noticed that while it may appear to have a huge load on the battery, standby time of the M8 is amazing. Leave it on (without running apps) for a day or too. It barely uses 20%. I don't think it is actually affecting the battery. The OS just thinks it is. Afterall there is no modem on the M8, so nothing to suck power.
