How to fix it:
1. download

3. insert microsd card - i used phone as a reader and 4GB microsdhc card - went smoothly - BE SURE TO BACKUP IT FIRST (i did not and now i cannot format it...)
4. launch USB Image tool to restore novo-8-update.img from the novotools package to the inserted microsd card - choose it in the program
5. check whether the image was restored - you will see it in My Computer - card should look like empty or something like that
6. insert the card to Novo
7. press volume up + power on for about 25-30 seconds
8. screen should blink and then you can release the buttons (if recovery not start, try to press 'reset' button and repeat step 7)
if recovery mode started, but unsuccessful repair (you see message can't open file sdcard/update.zip, must repeat step 3, but with another microsd card, novo8 not works with all microsd card correct)

9. firmware will be restored from the file
10. once restored it will try to reboot - be sure to remove the card (if you wont do it, i think that it wont boot)
But thanks to your help my tablet now fully works!
